A: Simply visit our webpage on www.cico.com and choose your desired products. Add products by clicking “Add to Cart” and once you have them all together, click on “Checkout”.Fill in your contact and shipping information, proceed to the payment and either pay with PayPal or Credit Card.

Q: How quickly can I expect my order?
A: We prioritize getting your order to you as swiftly as possible! Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days, with delivery times ranging from 12-24 business days, depending on your location. We strive to ensure your order arrives on time.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
A:We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order is in the processing stage or has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

Q: I need to change my order, who can help me with this?
